You showed all items in stock and calculated shipping on the ordered items. After payment was made, you cancelled 1 item due to unavailability and charged extra for shipping. When I received the order you had cancelled another item without informing me and yet the shipping remained the same. After checking my order there should have been 3 parts to one item, there was not. I made an enquiry but your ridiculous policy just provided an excuse as to why it was my fault. Will never use you again.

Both times I received different items than what I ordered. The item they sent was said to be a replacement, but they could not install it as a replacement. I have already paid for the item, but I am unable to use it and it remains in my possession. I'm in a lot of trouble.
