Regarding the parts I have ordered, it was flawless and I couldn't find better place for my next order but ups was a nightmare comparing to the competition, it was complicated and bureaucratic

I rated it lower ,not because of service. It's the blurry pictures of the parts to select from. Can't read the numbers of what part is what. Hope that gets addressed. Other than that I'm glad I can purchase parts for my rare bike.
Bad experience I ordered a part and a week or two later I got a mail stating that my order was canceled and I'll be refunded. I was in desperate need of the part.
Communications with the company were good. Indicators arrived after two months, with import charges made these expensive(uk). This was as expected though. The catalogues online were simple to use.

sent parcel from canada in sept 2023 MV said they never recieved it the parcel came back to me January 24 2024 on the parcel it says it was refused by MV no I am out the cost of the part that was the wrong one ( MV fault ) and also the shipping back and forth. Totally a rip off from MV do not order from this store I will be posting my story on all formats of social media as MV will do nothing about their own screw up Totally unsatisfied and I feel like selling my Rivale due to the BS
