The service and parts were spot on, the time required to get parts from Moto Guzzi was extremely long, I was, however, warned that receiving parts from Italy was taking longer and could be quite some time. Overall, excellent.

Happy with parts and prices. Unfortunately it took a while to arrive in the USA. Many industries are shut down in August in Italy so best not to order then.
