Although the wrong oil filter was sent initially, the subsequent resolution and general advice given over the phone was dealt with very well; staff had time to give advice and were courteous and also had a sense of humour, which is very refreshing. An excellent company to deal with! Rob

Again for the second time I have never received my parts. Is there a tracking number. This is supposed to be a replacement for the initial lost package.

A tad disappointed When I ordered them the parts were listed a being in stock. Subsequently one part wasn't and waited more than 2 weeks for it to be re-stocked. Fortunately I could offset this doing the replacement but will aim off next time just in case.
